I had a great meeting with Georgina Baisley and her son Alex this past week. I had long past planned a visit to get photos of Richard Howe art owned by Georgina. So when Alex texted me and and said that Georgina has some time for me to do this I was thrilled.
I was able to photograph six different Howe paintings that she owned. One of these I have placed on the home page of this site and all six are now in the Gallery area. These paintings demonstrate the broad range of art that Richard painted and I was so pleased to capture these images for her.
I was even more surprised when Georgina asked that I take two of the paintings with me. I am
pleased to keep and display these for her until such time that they need a different home.
The two paintings are of the Miramichi river, in the spring and in the fall. Both are shown here. I will be able to share these with all of those that visit our Art Studio.
