A short time ago I got a phone call from Gail Gray in Ontario.  She came across our website tribute to Richard and indicated that she had paintings that she would like shared on our site.

Gail’s family was the owner of the French Fort Cove restaurant at one time.  Heather, Gail’s sister,  visited our place last week with 2 lovely paintings of Richard’s.

The are oils and both are 16″x20″.  They are painted very much like the Group of Seven.  Both indicate that they were painted in 1978  and one has the title “The Guzzle hole”.

I have uploaded both of the pieces.  One to the home page and both to the Image Gallery.

I really appreciate the willingness of those like Gail for sharing their Richard Howe paintings on our site, for all to view.
